Tree Swallow Roost Including Lower Connecticut River Cruise

Cruises depart from the Essex Island Marina 4:00-4:30 pm for Old Saybrook's Lynde Point (where the river ends in Long Island Sound). Weather permitting, the cruise will enter Long Island Sound and then return upriver and anchor close to Goose Island. A great location to watch the tree swallow's spectacular sunset roost. After sunset we toast the tree swallows and return to the Essex Island Marina. `

The cruise is about 3.00-3.5 hours returning 7:15-7:30 pm.
