Connecticut River Guildersleeve Island Cruise and Portland Fireworks

The cruise departs from the Mattabesett Canoe Club Restaurant dock located in Middletown's Harbor Park. Boarding is between 5:00 and 5:30 and we depart by 5:30 pm. Cruise to the top of Guildersleeve Island (30-40 minutes), drop anchor for a couple hours, swim, eat, and enjoy friendship and beverage.

Around 8:00 reposition the boat for viewing the 9:30 fireworks. If passengers and weather permits we may raft to other boats and participate in a river party.

Passengers bring food, beverage, and towels. The boat "Blantyre" has microwave, toaster oven, grill, refrigerator, head, and hot/cold water outdoor shower. Coolers with ice on board for your use.

We will coordinate with all passengers the week of July 9. The fireworks rain date is July 16. A fantastic evening and fireworks experience!
